The University of Miami Creates the ‘Alix Earle Scholarship’ to Empower Business Influencers

Alix Earle, a recent graduate of the University of Miami Patti and Allan Herbert Business School, has made a generous contribution to the institution by establishing a scholarship aimed at supporting business students.

Earle graduated in May with a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing. She expressed her gratitude to the University of Miami and her desire to give back to the institution that supported her throughout her entrepreneurial journey. As a rising social media star, she achieved immense popularity on TikTok while simultaneously prioritizing her education. Earle believes that her academic experience played a vital role in shaping her success as an entrepreneur.

Earle’s decision to establish the scholarship stems from her own upbringing and the inspiration she received from her father and uncles, who demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit. The scholarship fund aims to offer financial assistance to exceptional students with demonstrated potential in the field of business, with a particular focus on empowering business-minded women.

University officials commended Earle for her entrepreneurial achievements and philanthropic spirit, highlighting her impact on future students. They praised her for not only applying the knowledge gained from her Miami Herbert education but also giving back to the university community.

Earle’s advice to aspiring business professionals and entrepreneurs is to dream big, persevere in the face of adversity, and embrace the possibility of failure. She remains open to new opportunities and ideas, taking each day as it comes.

To be eligible for the Alix Earle Scholarship, students must be enrolled in a Miami Herbert Business School degree program, be in their junior or senior year, and submit a resume and a video of up to two minutes in length. Applications for the scholarship for the Fall 2023 semester must be submitted by July 14th.
