Sports legend Shaquille O’Neal has been officially served in a lawsuit after five long months.

O’Neal is the latest celebrity to be served in a class-action lawsuit which accuses FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried, Shaq and other celebrities of defrauding investors.

The complaint alleges that the celebrities who endorsed the platform helped FTX defraud investors.

Shaq denies his involvement and wrongdoing, saying that he was “just a paid spokesperson for a commercial.”
