Man Testifies About Kevin Spacey’s Offensive Behavior and Assault in London Trial

FACTZ catches actor Kevin Spacey as he was leaving Southwark Crown Court in London after his trial on sexual offense allegations. A man who accused Kevin Spacey of making crude and racially offensive remarks before forcibly grabbing his genitals shared his testimony, revealing that he had kept the degrading incident to himself for over a decade due to fear and disbelief.

The man, who unburdened himself by speaking to a police officer in a video interview, expressed his desire for accountability rather than seeking vengeance or imprisonment for Spacey.

As the #MeToo movement gained momentum in 2017, the man, who had become emotionally and financially stable, decided to join other individuals who had accused the Oscar-winning actor of sexual misconduct. He emphasized feeling embarrassed and worthless as a result of Spacey’s actions at the time.

Kevin Spacey, 63, has pleaded not guilty to a dozen charges, including sexual assault and indecent assault, that could result in imprisonment if he is convicted. Spacey’s defense lawyer has denied all allegations, suggesting that the accusers are motivated by financial gain.

Four men have come forward, alleging sexual assault by Spacey between 2001 and 2013 during his tenure at the Old Vic Theatre. The charges include various counts of sexual assault, indecent assault, and engaging in penetrative sexual activity without consent.
