A fight broke out this week at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC).

A Russian diplomat was filmed walking up to a Ukrainian diplomat and snatching the Ukrainian flag out of his hands.

The Ukrainian diplomat pursues him, lands a few solid punches, and grabs the flag back.

The Russian diplomat is then ushered away as the Ukrainian diplomat paces and follows.

Commenters online have called it a “reenactment of the Ukrainian invasion.”
