Without any real warning, Facebook users will soon find that their profile bios look different to public viewers.

The company is removing a number of personal details from profile bios starting December 1st.

This includes:

• “interested in” section, which denotes sexual orientation
• religious views
• political views
• address fields

Facebook has not explained why they are removing these fields.
