- Defendant Hannah Cozette Palmer had a duty to operate the golf cart in a reasonably prudent matter.
- The cost to repair the golf cart was approximately $25,000.00. Despite a request for payment of repair expenses, Defendant has not made any such payment.
- The crash caused substantial damage to the golf cart, which required significant repairs.
Palmer has yet to remedy the situation, and Plaintiff will be demanding legal fees as well.
