UPDATE: Donald Trump Throwing Fundraiser for Rudy Giuliani for $100,000 a Person to Help Pay Legal Fees

UPDATE: Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell turned themselves in on Wednesday following charges related to the Georgia election subversion case.

The sight of Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City and a notable former federal prosecutor entering the Fulton County jail marks another significant moment in the ongoing investigation into former President Trump and his endeavors to overturn the outcome of the 2020 election.

A vocal legal representative for Trump during the 2020 election, Giuliani now faces a total of 13 charges. These include allegations of violating the state’s racketeering act, engaging in various criminal conspiracies, and soliciting a public officer within the state to breach their oath.

Earlier on Wednesday, Giuliani arrived in Atlanta and subsequently agreed to a bond package amounting to $150,000. Powell, also facing charges in the case, agreed to a $100,000 bond.

No plans after Labor Day and have an extra $100,000 to spare? The Rudy Guliani fundraiser will take place at Trump’s golf course by the man himself, Donald Trump. The money raised will be to help Guiliani pay his legal bills. The event is advertised as a roundtable with “President” Trump and then a dinner with “America’s Mayor.”

Trump always said he would help Giuliani after he stuck his neck out to help him with legal issues that were tied to him. Dominion and Smartmatic are also suing him for falsely claiming that their voting services swayed the 2020 election in President Joe Biden’s favor. He is also being sued for defamation by two Georgia election workers and by a former employee who accused him of coercing her into sex. He is also being indicted for election fraud with Trump in Georgia. There is no word yet on the menu for this fundraiser, but for $100,000 a person, it better be good.
