Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against the media network CNN.
According to the lawsuit, Trump says CNN has carried out a “campaign of libel and slander” against him and used its considerable influence as a leading news organization to defeat him politically.
CNN, Trump’s lawsuit claims, has ramped up their efforts to defeat him and spread libelous information in recent months.
The lawsuit reads in part, “As a part of its concerted effort to tilt the political balance to the left, CNN has tried to taint the Plaintiff with a series of ever-more scandalous, false, and defamatory labels of ‘racist,’ ‘Russian lackey,’ ‘insurrectionist,’ and ultimately ‘Hitler.'”
CNN has not commented on the case.
As he should! They tore his name thru the mud and lied about everything to make him look bad!
They didn’t lie about everything. I would say they lied at 60%.
Trump can actually win this. I love CNN but it’s turned into an opinion based network, it’s not really a news network.
Trump is a loser who will get his ass handed to him in this case! It’s tough to lie about the election being stolen and then say you were defamed by spreading that lie to his diim-witted followers! And yes he is like Hitler! Trump follows Hitler’s playbook ( as do most dictators and authoritarians) of portraying himself as the victim at every opportunity when all he is is a whiny bitch! There is no way this won’t get tossed by the judge at the first opportunity (unless, of course, it’s the judge he has on his payroll, Aileen Cannon!)! Trump 20-24…..years in jail!
