It’s been a rough few weeks for Tom Brady.
But this weekend saw a little light at the end of the tunnel for the star quarterback.
After weathering the formal filing of a divorce he really didn’t want just 24 hours after a devastating loss to the Baltimore Ravens, Brady’s week was looking dismal.
But this Sunday, Brady’s Bucs took down the Los Angeles Rams with a truly impressive final minute of play (43 seconds, to be exact).
Beyond that, Brady marked a historic moment in his career (and the career of all NFL quarterbacks).
Brady officially surpassed 100,000 career passing yards with a 15-yeard pass to running back Leonard Fournette in the second quarter.
The relieved quarterback said after the game, “It’s all about the win. It’s all about the win, man. I never cared about the [records]. All about the win.”
But that record has to feel pretty great too.
The goat! 🐐
The dude got lucky yesterday.
