Three people, including two adults and a 4-year-old boy, were pulled from a sinking Tesla after the car plunged into a swimming pool in Pasadena, California.

Officials believe that the driver pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, crashing the car through a retaining wall and ending up in the pool.

Two staff members from nearby preschool, Pacific Oaks Children’s School, ran over and helped the occupants of the car escape the sinking vehicle.

No one was injured – except the Tesla.
