While some online are on a rampage to knock Tarte Cosmetics for their extravagant Dubai excursion with 50 of the top female influencers under 25.
Their Gen Z tactic worked. FACTZ spoke with Ulta, the beauty mecca store, and they confirmed this week alone, most #Tarte products are sold out. We also contacted Sephora, and they confirmed as well:
“Ulta is sold out of the product awake eye that Alix [Earle] Used.”
“Sephora is sold out of most Tarte products.”
FACTZ also learned the marketing demand for Tarte Cosmetics has gone wild as they plan to do more of these influencer activations. To end online rumors, they didn’t fire their ‘Director of Marketing.’ They are looking to hire more.
