Struggling Soho House Targeting LGBTQ Community To Fix The Mass Exit of Members

Due to the popularity of members-only clubs opening out throughout the country, Soho House is looking to go after the LGBTQ community. Sources tell FACTZ, that Soho House has taken a hit when it comes to membership in many major cities.

“With places such as Casa Cipirani and Zero Bond popping up, the exclusivity which used to be the appeal of the club was gone,” says our FACTZ source.

Soho House started in 1995 as a place where creatives got to connect. In the last decade, the once-exclusive club made news with a “no phone policy,” adding to the mystery of what was going on in the club.  But with new, even more, harder to get into clubs popping up, the Soho House received a massive exit affecting their income.

Sources tell FACTZ that in order to maintain the income, the Soho House has been targeting new affluent people in the LBGTQ community in hopes of bringing new light to the once-happening social club. Research has shown companies going after LGBTQ policies tend to have high profitability and high stock market valuations. There are currently 39 club locations worldwide, and it has been operating as more of a WeWork for the last few years for travelers.
