Stormy Daniels may have enjoyed a brief moment of personal victory on Tuesday when former POTUS Donald Trump was arraigned in New York for the hush money he illegally paid her in 2016, but that moment of victory was short lived.

Because just hours later, a judge ordered Daniels to pay Trump $122K in legal fees connected to a 2018 defamation lawsuit that she filed against him but was later dismissed.

Court documents say that the amount requested by Trump was “reasonable,” and so he was granted the award.

Trump’s team requested the $122K in “fees for 183.35 hours of work defending against the appeal and preparing the fee application.”

Daniels’ counsel argued that the fee was “excessive,” and she has previously said she would “Go to jail” before paying a cent to Trump.

Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., tweeted his joy at the news, saying that the new amount is “in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him.”
