6ix9ine was hospitalized after being jumped by in the bathroom of a gym in Miami, Florida.
FACTZ has confirmed the 26-year-old rapper, real name is Daniel Hernandez, sustained injuries to the face which needed surgery.
6ix9ine’s attorney said the rapper was attacked in and outside the LA Fitness gym by four men. The rapper was rushed to the hospital after the incident.
