The divorce papers have officially been filed. TMZ reports that Gisele officially filed divorce papers in Florida early Friday, and Tom is not contesting the divorce.

It’s all over but the technicalities.
While some fans hoped that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen might make nice, it would seem that they’re ready to make their split official.
TMZ broke the news today that Tom and Gisele are filing their divorce documents formally today, making this their “D-Day.”
Lawyers for both have been working with a mediator to figure out property settlement and custody, and sources report to the outlet that they have come to terms, so it’s all but done now.
The divorce documents will be filed in Florida, and sources reveal that they will be short and remain confidential.
This sucks. Divorce up 69% now.
It must be past 50% which is the standard stat they tell everyone. I don’t know any married couples that are still together from the start.
