NHL Stanley Cup Final Odds Update: Who Are the Conn Smythe Trophy Favorites?

The puck drops on the 2023 Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday, June 3.

With only two teams remaining, the Conn Smythe betting odds board has become a whole lot clearer. The trophy is given out to the most valuable player of the postseason, usually reserved for the best player on the Stanley Cup-winning team.

Here is a look at the consensus top six players in Conn Smythe odds:

  1. Sergei Bobrovsky, Florida (+210, DraftKings)
  2. Matthew Tkachuk, Florida (+360, FanDuel)
  3. Jack Eichel, Vegas, (+425, DraftKings)
  4. Jonathan Marchessault, Vegas, (+700, DraftKings)
  5. William Karlsson, Vegas, (+700, FanDuel)
  6. Adin Hill, Vegas, (+1200, Caesars)

Interestingly, despite being +110 underdogs in the series, the Panthers have the top two players in terms of Conn Smythe odds.

Nevertheless, it is hard to argue against either Bobrovsky or Tkachuk, as they have been the two most impactful postseason performers for any team thus far.

As for Vegas, there are several key contributors that have stepped up during this run. Jack Eichel has definitely been the biggest offensive threat with 18 points in 17 games, but a hot series from Marchessault or Karlsson could put them in the driver’s seat for the award.

Rounding out the top six is unheralded Vegas goaltender Adin Hill. The 27-year-old was lights out during the series win over the Dallas Stars, but he would need a massive performance in the Cup Final to leapfrog his other teammates.
