A Chicago cop on vacation in Florida was arrested for embarrassing behavior.

Henry Capouch allegedly urinated in the ice machine at a bar in St. Petersburg, Florida, at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar earlier this week.

When an employee went to get ice, he witnessed Capouch allegedly “pissing” in the ice machine, according to the arrest report.

The worker asked Capouch to stop, but according to the report, the officer swore at and shoved the employee.

According to the arrest records, Capouch was “actively resisting” and refused to follow the deputy’s commands as they tried to take him into custody.

Officers did note that Capouch’s choice to pee in the machine may have been influenced by alcohol.
