Michael Schumacher is a former German motorsports racing driver and seven-time F1 champ who has been out of the public eye since suffering a serious brain injury in a December 2013 skiing accident.

Schumacher’s family is now gearing up to take legal action against a German magazine that used an AI-generated interview with the Formula One star.

German outlet Die Aktuelle created a front-page spread promising an exclusive interview with the elusive Schumacher, claiming they had scored the first interview with the former driving superstar since his accident.

In the cover, the magazine promised, “No meagre, nebulous half-sentences from friends. But answers from him! By Michael Schumacher, 54!”

But after the “interview” in the magazine, they revealed that it was created by an AI robot, similar to ChatGPT.

Michael Schumacher’s family has confirmed that they will be taking action over the disrespectful and disingenuous move.
