FACTZ has received the mugshot of the alleged fake ‘cosmetic surgeon’ now facing a manslaughter charge after silicone butt injections killed a Kim Kardashian lookalike.

Christina Ashten Gourkani – known as Ashten G online – died last month after receiving “several injections” of silicone in her buttocks on April 19 at a hotel room in California.

The ultra-curvaceous OnlyFans star had allegedly hired Vivian Gomez to perform the risky procedure, who is now behind bars after being arrested at Fort Lauderdale airport. The 50-year-old from Florida is charged with involuntary manslaughter and practicing medicine without a license. The coroner’s office is still investigating 34-year-old Christina’s death, and a toxicology report is due to reveal what exactly was in the injections.
