FACTZ loves our relationships with highly successful entrepreneurs, and we got the opportunity during #SuperBowl week in Arizona to catch one of the all-time legends, Todd Graves.
Graves is the CEO of Raising Cane’s. A wildly successful fast-food restaurant chain that has single-handedly taken over the chicken market. RC’s simplicity of its menu and pride in its chicken tenders and famous Texas toast make them a dominant force.
Also, they are cheaper than anyone else in the market space. That helps.
FACTZ got the exclusive rundown from Graves; he taught us the following about Raising Cane’s:
- Raising Cane’s has 700 locations now.
- There are currently 50,000 crew members, “They are friendly and appreciate the customer. That’s what brings everybody back. A great crew is the secret sauce.”
- Influencers that actually like your product create better connections with fans for both parties.
- Best advice to other entrepreneurs: “Never ever give up. It’s hard to start, but don’t give up, believe in yourself, and if you have a good idea, GO FOR IT! Never accept no for an answer.”
And for the fun stuff. Todd Graves is known for his celebrity-filled box at the Super Bowl, so keep your eyes open during game day; you might see some icons on television coming from his section.
