Danny Masterson apparently paid one of his rape accusers to be silent by signing a $400,000 non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

The victim revealed the deal to a court this week under the name Jen B, saying she was given the choice to either accept the NDA or be excommunicated from the Church of Scientology, a faith she shared with Masterson at the time.

Jen B described to the court earlier the same day how Masterson violently raped her in 2003 and how she was scared to speak to superiors in the church about the abuse.

But a year later, Scientology officials approached her with a threat: sign the NDA or get kicked out of church for being a “suppressive.”

The victim said, “I wouldn’t be able to work [my parents]. I wouldn’t know where to go. My parents would also be ‘labeled.’ Their company, the people who worked for them, family and friends and everyone they’ve known since 1872… you have to choose your fate, and I didn’t know if they would choose me over that.”

When the LAPD reached out to high-ranking church members about the assault, Jen B claims that they became furious, one telling her, “Yeah, you are fucked. You have no idea how fucked you are.” Shortly after that, they presented the NDA.

Masterson has pleaded not guilty to all charges but could face a prison sentence of 45 years to life if convicted.
