FACTZ Chairman Stephen J. Cloobeck has no more government ties.
So let it be noted that now all his efforts to help better society will NOT be towards funding politicians. Instead, the financial contributions he so generously donated to others, in hopes they would teach people the values of ethics, morals, love, respect, and integrity, will now be repurposed to FACTZ- building a more extensive infrastructure in media that converts to an audience of the proud and willing of our code.

FACTZ has obtained text messages that show Nevada Athletic Commission Chairman Stephen J. Cloobeck has resigned his position on December 13.
The correspondence between Cloobeck and outgoing Governor Steve Sisolak states that he will be stepping down as Nevada Athletic Commission Chairman effective December 15, 2022. “I cannot work for Governor-Elect Lombardo. He is not honest nor grateful for the great benefits I’ve given to the State of Nevada.”
Cloobeck shares in the exchange that he tried very hard to find vindication for the death of UNLV student Nathan Valencia in an amateur boxing match last year but that the “Governor-Elect former Sheriff did nothing to prove the cause of death.”
According to multiple sources, Lombardo also apparently scoffed at a customary congratulatory message sent by Cloobeck after Lombardo won the governor’s election by narrow victory in November … the reported response? “FU.”
Cloobeck, who is the founder of FACTZ, stands behind its code of “ethics, morals, love, respect and integrity” and will not be associated with an organization run by anyone who does not live up to those standards.
Lombardo, an election denier and pro-lifer, has already been called out by major national news organizations for excluding certain media sources from attending events since his election—he has also repeatedly lied to the commission and the community.
Nevada, needless to say, is in for a bumpy ride.
