California Upholds State-wide Ban on Assault Weapons

A state appeals court in California has upheld a state-wide ban on assault weapons.

The ban has been in place since 1989.

The ruling was filed at the end of last week, and makes it the first decision made since the SCOTUS limited California’s ability to regulate firearms for its citizens.

The Third District Court of Appeal ruled last Friday that high-capacity rifles (like AR-15) cannot be sold or possessed in California.

  • This is why California is the smartest state in the country!

They are smart enough to know that citizens do not need to possess military grade killing machines!
