UPDATE: NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has officially postponed the Buffalo Bills-Cincinnati Bengals football game.
In a supremely scary scene, Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a serious injury during the first quarter of the team’s Monday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The 24-year-old collapsed on the field after making a tackle. He appeared unresponsive and medical personnel frantically worked on him for several minutes, including giving him CPR.
Hamlin was then placed in an ambulance en route to the hospital.
The game has been temporarily suspended as shaken Bills players, and the rest of the NFL family, await to hear an update on Hamlin.
Prayers up for the young man.
This is heartbreaking and praying for this man!
He’s not going to make it. Good job by the NFL for stopping the game.
Young man just drops in the middle of game that doesn’t just happen.
This is the NFL fault for making these players take the jab
