Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers Accused of Violating ‘Revenge Porn’ Law with X-Rated Tweets of Hunter Biden

Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers has come under scrutiny for potentially violating Arizona’s ‘revenge porn’ law by sharing sexually explicit pictures of Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, on her Twitter account. With over 300,000 followers, Rogers aims to restrict minors’ access to adult content online, although Twitter’s minimum age requirement is 13.

Senator Wendy Rogers retweeted a video containing sexual images of Hunter Biden, emphasizing, “It’s all here in black and white. Oh, and apparently in NBC living color.” However, this action may have run afoul of Arizona’s ‘revenge porn’ law, which criminalizes the intentional disclosure of non-consensual explicit images. Although Rogers has since removed the video, legal experts argue that its removal alone may not absolve her of potential legal consequences.

This incident adds to Senator Wendy Rogers’ history of controversy. Previously, she faced censure by the state Senate for a recorded speech delivered at a white nationalist conference, where she made inflammatory remarks and advocated for the execution of individuals she considered enemies.
