Aries Spears has finally spoken out on the molestation allegations against Tiffany Haddish and a lawsuit after FACTZ first broke the story.

In a preview ahead of his podcast “Spears & Steinberg,” Spears is finally breaking his silence on the whole thing.

The incident that spawned the lawsuit dates back to years ago when Haddish and Spears created a comedic skit “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes.” As if the name alone wouldn’t have warned off anyone with common sense, the “skit” itself was even worse with Spears applying massage oil to a male child who was 7 at the time, and also involved a then-14 year old girl referred to in the lawsuit as Jane Doe. The boy also was asked to make suggestive motions with toys.

There’s not much Spears can say given the ongoing lawsuit, but Spears was clear on how he feels about it all. Spears says the lawsuit is an “extortion case” and “shakedown.” Spears adds, “we won’t be shaken down.”

This comes on the heels of Haddish herself speaking out on Instagram, saying of the incident, “… clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comedic, it wasn’t funny at all – and I deeply regret having agreed to act in it. I really look forward to being able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as I can.”

They’re trying to defend the indefensible, but there’s no hiding the facts.
