Once upon a time, the South Florida mansion was coming together as a sign of the harmonious love between two people building a future together.
Now, it sits abandoned mid-construction as Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen finalize their divorce.
In one of Miami Beach’s most exclusive municipalities, the mansion reportedly cost them over $27M and would have boasted 17,000 square feet, five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Other features were expected to include a guest house, main kitchen and a prep kitchen, an elevator, a movie theater, an office, a study and a kids’ area. Outdoor amenities would have included a generous lawn, an outdoor kitchen, a dining space, an organic garden, a yoga terrace, a meditation garden, various sports courts including a pickleball court, a staff entryway, a trash enclosure, a motor court, a pool, a cabana and a hot tub.
With a breathtaking view of Biscayne Bay, it would have been their “forever marriage home.”
Now, it’s just another asset to divide – and another dream to dissolve.
Tampa is definitely going to lose this week.
