New aerial pics show the sprawling beachfront mansion of Tiger Woods.

The $48 million beachfront mansion in Hobe Sound, Florida, was where Woods has lived with his two teenaged children Sam and Charlie, and until recently his now-former girlfriend Erica Herman.

The house features a massive pool and terrace, a sprint track and four-hole golf course. The mansion also features basketball and tennis courts, along with a 100 foot swimming pool with hot tub. Buildings on the property include a 3,300sq ft living quarters and a 6,400-square-foot multi-purpose building. The property also boasts an oxygen therapy room, a private cinema, state of the art gym and a game room.

Now-ex Herman is suing Woods for $30 million after he allegedly “tricked” her into leaving for vacation and then locked her out of his house.

Herman is also trying to dissolve an NDA she says she was forced to sign when they started dating six years ago. She cited a law that voids NDAs if sexual assault or harassment has taken place.
