Seeing an all-time great athlete make time for their admirers is always wholesome. Tiger Woods showcased his softer side with a fan during his third round at the Genesis Invitational.
A young girl sitting near the green on the 17th hole was holding a sign that read, “My bucket list: Get a Heart Transplant, Meet Tiger Woods, Play Augusta.”
After finishing up on the green, Tiger made his way toward her. He happily checked off the second item on her list and gifted her an autographed glove.
The broadcast also caught him giving her a high-five as he made his way to the 18th hole.
The young girl, Madelyn Quinn, was born with a heart defect and had three open-heart surgeries. She is an aspiring golfer herself and a massive Tiger fan.
What an awesome moment that she will surely remember forever.
