Tiger Woods’ Ex-Girlfriend Suing Legendary Golfer For $30 Million Following Breakup

Tiger Woods ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, has filed multiple lawsuits against the 15-time major champion.

She is looking for a reported $30 million in damages to go along with the dissolution of the nondisclosure agreement she signed when the relationship started in 2017.

Herman claims that she performed “valuable services” while in the relationship, which allowed her to live rent-free at Tiger’s house. She also said the pair had an “oral tenancy agreement” which would last five years after the breakup, meaning that she would still have a place to live after the split.

According to her, once Tiger ended the relationship, people from his team convinced Herman to go for a short vacation. When she returned, she had been locked out of the house and barred from re-entering.

The $30 million she is seeking is based on the rental value of the house for the five years of their supposed agreement.

Tiger’s team has said there was never an oral agreement about living in the home as she was simply there as his girlfriend. Once the relationship ended, she was asked to leave.

This seems like a situation that will assuredly take a while to play out.
