Tiffany Haddish faced a lawsuit that claimed she and Aries Spears roped two children into inappropriate sexual behavior for a comedy skit.

The lawsuit, filed by one Jane Doe and her brother, has since been dropped – and Haddish said she was concerned for the accuser and her brother, first and foremost. The lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, so it can’t be re-filed, and the plaintiff issued a statement that read, “My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us. We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can put all this behind us.”

Even though the lawsuit was dropped, and it would appear things are copacetic, no one wants to hire her. Haddish said, “I lost everything. All my gigs are gone. I don’t know, bro. I don’t have no job.”
