A 5th grader teacher in Tennessee is out on $100K bail after being arrested in August.
The teacher, Taylor Cruze, was indicted last week by a grand jury in Smyrna.
PEOPLE reports that Cruze, “faces five counts of exploitation of a minor under 13 by electronic means, five counts of exploitation of a minor by electronic means, and five counts of especially aggravated sex exploitation of a minor.
Additionally, she was charged with three counts of solicitation of a minor — rape of a child, and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure.”
Cruze allegedly had inappropriate contact with students, including explicit communications and sexual contact. She also posted videos of her students to TikTok.
The ages of the students and specific allegations have not been made available.
Cruze first learned back in May that she was the focus of an investigation, and resigned from her position at that time. She will face a plea hearing September 28.
These sick f*cks need to stop touching kids. It’s not that hard. Happy to see a state penalizing someone for this crime and not normalizing it.
TikTok caused this. China 🇨🇳 is winning.
MTV should hire her for Teen Mom.
