The rats have taken over (literally), the sanitation engineers have gone on strike for their pensions issues, and garbage is not piling up in Paris, France. The entire city smells, and the only ones helping to clean the streets from leftover croissants in the rats.

It’s sad to see that people are still trying to believe the romantic destination is still magical. It’s not worth the thousands you will spend for the perfect Instagram main page shot.

Plus, there is a different riot every month, so if you are into that type of violent vacation, go for it.
