On Rick & Kelly’s most recent episode of Daily Smash, the former Fox and Bravo hosts slam Real Housewives of OC star Tamra Judge over her claims that she and Eddie Judge own CBD company Vena Wellness.

The duo dug into LLC filings for Vena and found that the Judges were nowhere to be found on the company’s paperwork.

Eddie claims he’s the co-founder of Vena, but the paperwork proves he’s blowing smoke.

From the documents that Rick & Kelly found, Eddie and Tamra are not listed as owners of Vena Wellness, LLC. But, Rick Leventhal explains, “as influencers … they partnered with Medterra, they created and marketed this sub-brand Vena, and they have a website that labels them as cofounders,” but they’re not owners.

As far as the documents show, the Judges are taking a commission from the sales of the products. But that doesn’t make you a wellness brand owner.

Kelly clarifies, “This isn’t really her company, as far as the documents show,” adding that the entire concept is “in the public domain.” She calls it bullshit that they claim it’s their company and idea.

Kelly then slams the entire RHOC show, asking viewers, “You really want to watch a show with a bunch of liars on there?”
