Candidate for Los Angeles mayor and businessman Rick Caruso lost the election to Karen Bass.
But there’s no sour grapes there.
FACTZ caught up with Caruso outside of Craig’s in West Hollywood, and asked his thoughts on the job Bass is doing so far.
Caruso, feeling generous, responded that she’s “doing fine,” and that he agrees with her decision to declare a State of Emergency for homelessness in the city.
“Give her some space, give her some support, and we’ll all be rooting for her.”
When asked if he has plans to run for Senate, Caruso laughed and said it was “too early to think about that.”
Hes essentially just giving himself a way to backtrack out of it if she makes a mistake
He does not seem to be taking this as serious as he should be. It seems a little crazy that this is going on
Hes smiling and taking it light after a State of Emergency has just been declared. Wow.
