Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Horrific Car Chase by Paparazzi in New York City – “Multiple Near Collisions”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were reportedly followed by a group of aggressive paparazzi for more than two hours in New York City on Tuesday night. The couple, along with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, was attending the Ms. Foundation charity gala at Manhattan’s Ziegfeld Ballroom. According to their representatives, the chase led to “multiple near collisions” involving pedestrians and NYPD officers.

The paparazzi were apparently in pursuit of the couple as they were leaving the venue and continued to follow them despite being confronted by uniformed police officers. The couple expressed concern for the safety of themselves and others on the road, stating that being a public figure should not come at the cost of anyone’s well-being.

“Last night, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Ms. Ragland were involved in a near-catastrophic car chase at the hands of a ring of highly aggressive paparazzi,” a spokesperson for the couple said in a statement. “This relentless pursuit, lasting over two hours, resulted in multiple near collisions involving other drivers on the road, pedestrians, and two NYPD officers.”

No injuries have been reported. And NO paparazzi in the encounter were FACTZ staff. We treat public figures with respect.
