The NBA’s Ja Morant has been making headlines for some boneheaded decision making as of late, but now the NFL’s Joe Mixon has entered the fray!

While the full extent of details are not yet known, what we do know is that the home of the Cincinnati Bengals running back is a crime scene after the police swarmed his house in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

This comes on the heels of a situation that wound up with a juvenile heading to hospital with gun wounds.

Neighbors claim some youngsters were simply having a Nerf War and playing in the street, when a reported seven gunshots rang out and hit one of the kids.

Despite confirming that Mixon’s house is part of the crime scene, police have not yet filed any charges against the running back. His sister also denies his involvement completely.

We will see if any charges eventually come forward against Mixon, or anyone else. The most important thing is that the injured youth is expected to be okay.
