This year’s Met Gala theme was “Karl Lagerfeld: A line of beauty.”

Some fans expressed disappointments in the theme, the attendees, and the abrupt ending to the show.

But celebrities didn’t get the memo that people were disappointed, because they showed up with their A-game on board.

Some of the most notable looks for the night included Penelope Cruz, radiant in a white gown with a sheer hood; Dua Lipa in a simple but elegant corset-top off-white gown; Emily Ratajkowski in a taupe geometric dress with a tulle skirt; Jared Leto who paid homage to Lagerfeld’s cat Choupette by wearing a full fur suit; Lil Nas X who was covered in silver and rhinestones from head to toe; Billie Eilish in sultry black and more.

It was a night of A-list A-games and glamour.
