Meredith Duxbury donned a short blonde bob haircut for her followers that was surprisingly a wig. However, her new look was so convincing that she shared a video of her taking it off to prove that it was fake.

Duxbury started the video, “Would you guys believe me if I told you I was wearing a wig?” Adding, “Everyone really thought I chopped my hair off.”

“Let’s take off my wig together,” the model said.

“I don’t even know where to start.” Duxbury continues to remove tape-in hair extensions and a handful of hairpins before she takes off the entire wig itself.

The model shared, “I felt like I disappointed so many people by not cutting my hair. I had so many family members texting me how much they loved my hair. Everyone loved it.”

She went on to show what her real hair looked like to be invisible underneath the wig. And, although the look was fake, she’s now questioning “Should I cut my hair for real this time?”
