“He’s supposed to be skilled in jiu-jitsu. What happened? I defended his takedown. He attempted a guillotine. I regret not landing those hammer fists; that would have been entertaining. I apologize for the way it concluded,” said Paul during his post-fight interview at the Manchester Arena. “Dillon Danis is undeniably a coward and a morally questionable individual.”

The Paul vs. Danis matchup proved to be slightly more competitive than Paul’s encounter with a punching bag. Danis, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expert, managed to land around two punches in each round, while Paul overwhelmed him at an almost 20-to-1 rate.
