In the call, Boebert’s son can be heard telling the dispatcher that his mother and stepfather were in a physical altercation and that he was concerned for his mother’s safety. He also stated that his stepfather had been drinking and was “being stupid.”

The dispatcher asked to speak to Boebert’s mother, but the call was disconnected before she could be reached. Police were dispatched to the scene, but no arrests were made.

Boebert has faced criticism in the past for her controversial statements and actions, including her support for the January 6th Capitol riot and her refusal to comply with security measures at the Capitol. This latest incident has only added to the controversy surrounding her.

Boebert has not yet commented on the incident, but her husband has denied any wrongdoing. In a statement to Business Insider, he stated that the incident was a “private family matter” and that “no one was hurt.”
