Kim Zolciak-Biermann Will Lose $2.6M Mansion to Foreclosure After Defaulting on $300K Loan

Kim Zolciak-Biermann will lose her $2.6 million Georgia mansion to foreclosure after Bravo canceled her show, “Don’t Be Tardy.”

FACTZ spoke with a source close to Kim, “She [Kim Zolciak-Biermann] and Brielle Biermann are devastated. They have not stopped crying once they found out about the news. Kroy [Biermann] had no idea about the defaulted payment, he handles all the business and life affairs, and they are doing everything in their power to fix this.”

Well, it might be too late.

Legal documents showed that Kim and her former NFL star husband, Kroy Biermann, neglected to pay back a $300K loan after the show ended. The loan was taken out against the home’s value, and they failed to pay it back.

A Notice of Sale Under Power confirmed that Kim and Kroy had their mansion foreclosed on, and it is now being put up for sale.

The document reads that the mansion “will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia.”

The foreclosure occurred “because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness.”

The sale will occur on the “first Tuesday in November 2022,” according to the legal documents.
