Enter Kim Kardashian: criminal justice reform enthusiast.
Kardashian has officially launched her first Spotify-exclusive podcast, and it’s focused on criminal justice reform.
Spotify has already released the first two episodes of her new show, titled “Kim Kardashian’s The System: The Case of Kevin Keith.”
New episodes will publish every Monday, for a total of eight.
The episodes are narrated by #Kardashian herself and true-crime producer Lori Rothschild Ansaldi. The first series is focused on the story of Kevin Smith, an Ohio man who was convicted of a triple homicide – working for three decades to prove his innocence.
While it may seem an abrupt about-face for Kardashian, she’s been privately (and sometimes publicly) focused on criminal reform for a number of years, using her platform to advocate for those she believes have been wrongfully incarcerated.
