4-time Mr. Olympia winner Jay Cutler sat down with FACTZ for a fascinating three-part interview.

In this segment, he opened up about his idols and what it felt like to meet them.

Cutler explains that he was inspired to the sport by people like Jean-Claude Van Damme.

He recalls one surreal moment when he heard someone call his name, and it was Van Damme. Van Damme then stunned Cutler further by introducing himself and saying he’s a huge fan of Jay’s – one of those moments you remember for life.

Conventional wisdom says never to meet your idols because they’ll disappoint you, but that’s definitely not the case for Cutler and Van Damme.
