For a quick recap of events leading up to this: Kanye West wore a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt to a Yeezy fashion show in Paris on Monday.
Candace Owens was there wearing the shirt in solidarity; all had great fun. Except for everyone on the internet.
Vogue contributor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson called West’s fashion statement “dangerous” and “irresponsible.” West hit back on Instagram, sharing an image of her wearing yellow boots and mocking her style.
GiGi Hadid joined a chorus of critics in slamming West’s schoolyard bullying tactics, writing that West doesn’t have “a percentage of [Gabriella’s] intellect,” adding that there’s “no point to this shit.”
Hadid wrote, “You wish u had a percentage of her intellect. You have no idea, haha… If there’s actually a point to any of your shit she might be the only person that could save u. As if the ‘honor’ of being invited to your show should keep someone from giving their opinion ..? Lol. You’re a bully and a joke.”
She would be better off expressing her disgust for the fraud that was BLM.
