Former Disney star Mitchel Musso has found himself in legal trouble after reportedly being arrested in Texas for allegedly stealing a bag of chips and public intoxication. The once-cherished ‘Hannah Montana’ actor, now 32 years old, appears somber in his mugshot, taken after his booking by the Rockwall Police Department on August 26.

According to reports, the incident occurred when authorities received a complaint about an individual who had entered a hotel, taken a bag of chips, and began consuming them while displaying signs of intoxication. Allegedly, when Musso was asked to pay for the item, he responded with verbal aggression and left the establishment without settling the bill. The police were alerted and later found Musso outside the hotel premises.

Musso’s booking photo depicts him wrapped in a blanket, suggesting his state of mind during the arrest. He was subsequently released after posting a $2,000 bail for the charges of alleged theft and public intoxication, in addition to addressing multiple outstanding traffic-related warrants.

As a child actor, Musso portrayed various roles in several Disney Channel shows, gaining popularity among young audiences.
