Ever since leaving office, Los Angeles’ former Mayor Antonio Villaraigoso has been both skeptical and supportive of current mayor Karen Bass.

When asked by FACTZ if he believes she’s doing everything she promised, Villaraigoso responded, “absolutely.”

He explained, “we always knew that this issue of homelessness is so embedded in the city, it’s grown so rapidly over the years, [fixing] it wasn’t gonna happen overnight.” But it’s pretty amazing that she’s focused on it like a laser-beam.”

Villaraigoso heartwarmingly added, “I’m really proud of her.”

But, the city has a “long way to go.”

When asked about LA becoming a hub of crypto, Villaraigoso wasn’t particularly keen on the idea.
