(the “Company”) has taken decisive action to immediately remove Lee Trink from his role as Chief Executive Officer. Following this decision, in adherence to the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines, Mr. Trink is obliged to tender his resignation as a member of the Board as soon as possible.
