While Elon Musk is often hailed as the “dogefather” for his role in propelling the once-joke cryptocurrency into the stratosphere, he’s telling Twitter to stop working on a crypto wallet. And Musk wants the company to stop a long-form blogging project called “Notes.”

Because there are more important things to focus on.

Such as rolling out a paid verification program.

The entire company is hyper-focused on making as much money as possible quickly.

Tech Blog Platformer reported late Thursday that sources from within Twitter say Musk has turned things upside-down behind the scenes at Twitter.

Blue team is supposed to work through the weekend to roll out the $8 paid verification system by Monday, a speedy deadline.

There’s no explanation as to why Musk is pausing these projects. But it could be because he’s about to find himself with too much work and few workers after insiders revealed Musk’s plans to chop the workforce in half.
