California has been hit with historic flooding over the past week.

And because everyone in California has a cell phone, it’s receiving extraordinary coverage from the ground.

One of those sources of coverage is none other than TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, who recently shared a shocking video of floodwaters near her home in Montecito.

In the video, DeGeneres shows a massively overflowing creek near her home, waters rushing by in a torrent.

“We have unprecedented rain. This creek next to our house never flows, ever,” she explains, adding, “We need to be nicer to mother nature” as she looks around nervously.

FACTZ obtained images in front of her house, and it’s just mud, not the end of the world like Ellen wants everyone to believe.
